We have started summer degustation menu and would like to introduce some plates.
The new tasting menu starts with "SALMOREJO", chilled tomato and watermelon soup with kurumaebi prown. It is very smooth soup like velvet!
The thired starter of softly steamed shiroika squid dumpling is served with celery flavored soup.
The next plate is the sautéed European lobster and scorpion-fish with fideua of Catalonian short pasta paella.
Of course you can choose for your main course the Iberian pork as always, or roasted breast of duck from France with courgette tempura.
The menu continues with lovely and delightful desserts with which you would enjoy to the end.
