In 1988, "Restaurant Sant Pau" opened in Sant Pol De Mar, small city surrounded by Mediterranean on the front side, mountains on the back side, central district of Catalonia, 60km in the north of Barcelona.

After two and half years since inaguration, in 1990 she received first Michelin star. Along with the episode that an experienced housewife, not a cook, developed a gift by diligence and sensitivity, it has become popular in Spain domestically. In 1996 second star, and in 2006 third Michelin star was given. She is one of the most creative and sensitive woman chef in the world. Today, "Restaurant Sant Pau" is known as a world top-level restaurant.

And in March, 2004, " Restaurant Sant Pau" Tokyo branch opened in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
