Executive Chef Yosuke Okazaki

In 1979 Chef Okazaki was born in Kamakura City in Kanagawa Prefecture.
After university in 2003 he went to France and worked for four years in various restaurants. For example, he worked in three stars Michelin restaurant "Troisgros" in Roanne and "Maison de Marc Veyrat" in Annecy of Alpes, in two stars Michelin restaurant "Le Centenaire"in Perigord, and in one star Michelin restaurant "La bouitte" in Alpes and "JY's" in Alsace.

Executive Chef Yosuke Okazaki In 2007 coming back to Tokyo, he worked in one star Michelin restaurant "Benoit" and in french restaurant "Sacre-coeur" as chef from May 2008.

In October 2009 he started to work in two stars Michelin restaurant "Sant Pau Tokyo" and in march 2011 he was promoted to the executive chef of "Sant Pau Tokyo".
